Are there any places that do firework displays?
Do the locals celerbrate the event.

It is called New and old celebration. If you are into disco, there are bound to be some events in the discos for drawing crowds.

Other than that, you can go Nagoya Hill, they have concerts and shows, or music.

Fireworks? you can buy your own fireworks. Also on sale are trumpets and other stuffs.

Of cos, you can always book a higher hotel like Planet and view the city from above. Dinner specials are available too in the hotel. Or you want, and know the place well, try terrace cafe, near peniun, opposite Swiss Inn bethel. It is a steak house, and you get service comparable to a good steak house in singapore. Only much cheaper .

Bro NewYorker88 sure does know his meat.I find the restaurant has a good atmosphere and service and reasonably priced.Got candlelights as well

there"s a hotel just behind Planet which is quite romantic and the rooms are very big.

Hotel Vista? Why of all places choose this place? It is semi service apartments, and it is true the hotel rooms are big.

Go there for bonking? Might just as well get a cheaper hotel. Also that place is far from many makan or shopping joints.
