Most of the anchor tenants of shopping malls close at 9.30PM. So the shops there around 9pm start closing liao. U better go shopping then go makan lah. Then U can take ur own sweet time eat as much as U want, and let those young men at the FCs slurp slurp at U. After makan liao just intime go pub, afew have live bands. Then if still have energy can go ride the ship, KTV rooms whole night exclude drinks just 200-250K.

If Pacific Disco, the song selection quite good, and all computerised. U can opt for a normal KTV room at lvl 2 or 3, or one with a balcony, then sing sing abt go out there peep at all the "ghost" below. Planet after reno couple yrs back and changed boss never go there liao, so dun know how's the system. Dun worry about the cover charge, once booked KTV room U whole company go in also no charges.

My friends and I will stay at Pacific hotel everytime we go batam. If i remember correctly, it costs $500K rupiah per day for a deluxe room. So far we are still pleased with the cleanliness of the room and service of the staff.

We usually cheong at Pacific disco on the 1st night. There is no cover charge for Pacific hotel guest. We will take a small KTV room, order some cocktails and beer and sing till 2am in the morning (indo time). The charge for the drinks and room costs about $500K rupiah.

Bro, whats the breakdown? For the room its a one time charge or by hourly? How much was it? Any "hostess" there for us to book to keep us company and karaoke together?

Pasific hotel customers go into D.I.S.C.O foc by the side door. Just order yr beers and liquors and enjoy.

Try the VIP room with balcony and you can see the Hantu Goyangs below .

Many cewes everywhere so no need to panic. Only time panic is when they steal yr stuff. Beware and besafe

Just arrived in Batam last night, and the Government has changed the VOA(Visa on Arrival).They have deleted the 7 day Visa for US$10, so now the only option is the US$25.00 for 30days.There is no other one available.

This makes it very expensive for just 4 days!!This effects ALL of Indonesia.

If you are from singapore, or malaysia, no need for VOA.
