what tips? haha!! just go to the shops and ask 3 money exchangers and you get the top rates...you state 6781 and if they turn down just walk away..they will call you back....just add 80 above the nagoya hill mall rates, that is the correct rate...they always give ah pek the top rate, they know ah pek will run one...haha!!

No doubt. But not all money changer will give that good rate even if u turn away. Especially the fucker at Harbourbay! Fucking arrogant and dont even give small notes when asked!

Well back in batam, but never catch any action yet. Got myself a flexi wireless internet package, cheap but speed CMI. Any bros using speedy? For money changer, the ones like Batam Jaya, Olympic, Hai Hai, all will give competetive rates. Can try ask for 20-30 points more when they 1st quoted you, likely they will entertain U some points even if not the full amt u asked for.

Bro, you also tio conned? Their conman roadshow very powderfool one, I also bought. Btw, that time, 1/2 year ago when I bought, I tried, can't be used. No way compare to Sg's . During that time, I searched for reviews, heehee.... you can guess the results already. None of the service provider give decent connection.

Bros... You know of any ceweks that can speak english? or chinese will be better =X I often had communication problem with those... (Not from Batam, but from Balai) Frankly speaking, I always went Batam with FB/Flings but never engage in cewek there before... So would appreciate some guidance on this =D

Agreed.... Usually I changed at BTC... or maybe Nagoya as their rates compare to Sg, is much higher... Sometimes I change like 500 or so, and they can give much more higher...

For driver wise, I have cousin who stay there... so transport shouldnt be much problem.. But he's not 'cheong-ing' kind, so doesn't know much about it... Just communication wise...
