You are right, and I have a few friends, all expats working and living in Batam for years who had Chinese GFs, all (3-4 guys) except for 1, had trouble with their Chinese GFs.
You see, the Chinese thinks a lot, they know that it's a very slim chance that they'll ever have any happy ending being together with a foreigner. And most of them have high expectation on living standard when being with their man (an expats from some MNC), those who can afford to provide it are mostly people in quite senior positions, who will be in their late 30s or 40s or even 50s, and are already MARRIED.
During their days with their man, they will dig as much $$$ in as possible, now don't get me wrong that they do not love their man and only their $$$, but they are Chinese and Chinese usually thinkssss.
When they had enough and they feel that time is up (for them not the man), they will try to break up the relationship and have 1 final big bite before cutting lose. The most common big bites are houses or 1 big lump sum of $$$$$.
Cars, most of them will already had the man got them one during their time with them.
I know that these guys also had their sweet memories with their Chinese GFs only that it was expensive..!!!

If you are only looking at those taking bookings, it'll be mainly those half fuck Chinese from Kalimantan who work in the joints. Forget about the local Chinese or those from the nearby islands, it'll end up like SkyFree's episode (last weekend).

Well said, you wrote what I left out. Yes, usually, they ask for a fix asset such as a house. Windsor park is a good example. If I am not wrong more than 80 % all mistress.

Another place would be Amanda Park, but this place recently become a bird nest place. Hahahaa, so many bird rearing liao.

Those locations you mentioned are discounted bites from the Chinese girl, my friend kena gave to the girl when breaking off a whole house in Sukajadi where they used to live in together during "good times", today the house cost about close to SGD150k. And guess what, that girl is now trying to sell it, she even approched me asking if I'm interested in buying.
I should have told her better she takes me as her BF and later give the house to me hahaha...

Sukajardi? Wah lao, that place is one of the most posh place in batam until recent times.

150K? I think could be more than tat, depend on location. Some places nowdays can go up to 500K. Alot of them are trying to sell their bird nest houses too. Ranging from 80k to 120K.

The locations I mention in my previous post is due to convience to makan places. Sukarjadi is a nice place, but you need to have a car......

Some men from singapore wants a family wat, or a full time mistress. I have many friends who cannot afford a family in singapore, come over here to have a family.

Usually the old men are the ones who give gals a home, cheap one lah. Imagine alone in singapore, and a fuck cost so much. Might just as well feed one here, cheaper and better also.

It is stated by Victor he will company you base on the number of pax and not where we go. Even you divide out 1 person to and fro, 2 person will made 2 trip to and fro.
Our agree time is 8pm, we change to 7:30pm and inform him at 7pm. He reply no problem and will reach hotel within 5mins. We were in the lobby at 7:15pm and wait till 7:45pm. Call him and he tell us tyre puncture and need 2 min to repair tyre. Then we go dinner at nearby coffee shop. Well if you were me, what do you do? Plus during the mention time, are you with him?
I could tell you more, on the day when we are here. He ask us to pay 200000 after sent us to hotel. I said no and he tell me tons of story, so i pay him half. On second day, after sending me back he ask for money again. On third day, asking again. He got commission from those gal i got from KTV/fishtank, total 4. He do offer change currency, i see he took some commission from the money changer. I buy him dinner and beer on sat night, well i consider myself a good customer. I treat him nice and with respect, i do not know what he told you. As i had mention trust him at your own risk. I rest my case.
