For beginners, try FOrmosa hotel. Tested by many brothers, and near to many pick up joints.

Infront to the left is Dynasty 99, and Queens, and infront of the hotel, past a block of building is Barry Indah. To the right of Hotel is New Berlian.

Batam Taxi, as long as you book infront of hotel, with rates neogiated is safe. They are licensed ones. Those you take from the street from no where is no so safe and they can chop robert also.

Formosa hotel is best choice as your base for hunting around, as it is close to many joints and walking distance to many joints. For beginners.

It is called long time, or LT. Usually, they are already available from 12 onwards. Until next day morning.

Brothers, my friend recommend M1 for visit as he said it has a good Live Band pub in the lobby and China style KTV rooms as well. Also there's a hotel within the place and very near the harbor. Anyone has review or feedback on this M1 place, appreciate your advice as I'm trying to set up a excursion to bring my boss and team over to Batam for a good night out.
