Hi bro,i think no matter he is trust worthy or not once a driver go with u its confirm that he will get a cut from the booking.Bro acid trying to save some $$ for u la keke.But then again as long as u are happy with the driver letting him earn a bit its ok,i let my regular driver take a cut too & he would tell me which place pay him how much,from 50k to 100k.

I would like to know where is a nice place to have seafood in Batam ?

Have been to 933 (Golden Prawn) but food standard has dropped and it is a little pricey.

I think A1 is not too bad but there are just too many stalls. Any recommeded stall from A1 ?

Been to another food court other than A1 (cant remember the name) but food there is not so good. A1 is better.

Any recommendation from any Batam cheongster will be appreciated.

Hi Bro conjurer,

Windsor foodcourt is always my favorite because of the atmosphere and the stall 999 (main entrance in - left - first stall) for curry fish head.

Nagoya foodcourt - if you are a meat eater (I mean Babi eater) - stall 888 - roasted pork ribs and the pig knuckles (pig leg or ter-ka)..you can give it a try....maybe after eating....you want to thank you me very much....

Actually all the zi cha food stalls are about the same standard, then it's the places. There are few more newer pujesera after A1 and OKI. Beside what B-Beer suggested, maybe you also wants to try Harbor Bay, very nice place for few drinks + TCSS after dinner.
But my all time favorite seafood place is at Pungur, next to the domestic ferry terminal, I grade it BEST seafood in Batam, and when I brought my friends from Malaysia to eat there, they said the "BEST in" could also include MY, so....

Not that far lah, even if you go to Reziki will be also same distance and timing mah, and for good food, I really don't mind driving that little bit more...

me no problem to go la...although very lazy just to go for that......but so many bros or other people come batam also have very little time only ma.....so if don't let them know the travel time aga aga how long...nanti thinking very near and blame us rite or not......

If you want good seafood, try Batu Besar. Much better quality, but abit far from cheonging places. Got to travel past the airport to reach that place.

I still like Hai Ou, the one next to the long kang. Anyway, if anyone like sak sang here? There is a cafe called Dona Toba cafe, near palm spring/ enterance to Orchid Park complex. When you travel from The KFC towards the hospital Awas Bros, it is on the left side, Take a left towards the IMPERIUM super block road. But the road leads to a dead end. It is a house-eatery on the right side. Quite big. Best sak sang in indonesia.

For info- Sak Sang is BBQ pig, batak style.
