Seriously I had tried asking those kiosk at interchange. All say no such Indon topup pulsa in Spore. U have to top up your Indon pulsa at Indonesia itself.

Why won't they allow entry? I once went there for 3 days, come back Sg, then go for another 3 days on the following day. I did get questioned whether am I doing business in Batam, which I replied no and I'm purely there for holiday purpose (which is true). He just proceed to stamp my pp and let me through...
