Wow thank you for the long and informative reply, really appreciated. I'm already addicted, been addicted to the movies since I first stumbled upon them. Great info here. I will start at La Siora and AlphaInn and then branch out from there. I really want the full experience so paying a little more this first time is worth it to me.

No thankfully today that is not the case. I would say the majority of Tokyo clubs now accept foreigners, especially if you speak Japanese.
The only club that has been known to be outright racist and not accept foreigners is the SADS group - Glamourous, Club Mars, Club Pervs. I have not had an update on their racist policy in a few years so maybe they have turned the tide and changed. But do not even try this group unless you are fluent in Japanese.
