I always address this vital issue, minus the advice of relationship blah blah.

But the person involved could be not in his right mind, or that his thoughts are being heavily clouded. He would be probably laying his last bargaining chip, if any, to cross the first hurdle, not knowing there are many hurdles in front of him.
