look at the amt of waiters, bartenders... plus $$ earn also 2 boss share. Where got enough?? overhead , etc etc.
everyone thinks open pub , can earn big bucks..... i already open 100..

But then again... if i am the boss and my workers are unwilling to go thru this bad patch with me, i also see no point in treating them good...
wats the point complaining to customers?
makes me look lousy, makes the place looks lousy.... make yourself look lousy too...

It is sad but true , ohh well since the beginning of this month I knew that ibarr wont be able to sustain in its present format.

I tink they are banking that these gros do not dare to report them as they work here illegally. Yo bros, hows Ibarr tonite????? Went there for a short while, saw more n more female patrons.....Its quite true that Ibarr is late in paying the Thai staff....realli nt sure if they can continue like this....alreadi stop buying bottles juz in case they close suddenly......

I doubt the boss would dare not to pay. All the thai bands in singapore got some connection.
If the boss don't pay.. the rest will know and no one will play for them.

think every business at some point of time or another will have some problems.. cash flow or otherwise.

pay late doesn't mean don't pay.. anyway it's highly unlikely that they will close down just like tat.. think that the band and gros all quite highly paid that's why siong.. but like one bro here mentioned, good times all heehee haha but pay late kpkb, really looks bad.

anyways understand tat a rejuvenation to club is on the real soon way.. regulars should stay tuned..!

That's a fact.base on my estimation the club need to have a profit of about 2.5k daily to survive.but by not paying the gros,it will spread to other gals in LOS and they won't want to work in ibar.in the long run,business will be affected.
