in HFJ, hang flowers consider tips liao. normally they dont accept cash unless she already hit her quota or got some carrot head to help her top up or bao her...than she will tell you to give her cash instead of hanging flower..

In certain joints, the singers keep 70% of the share of the "flower" while the company keeps the remainder while others has a 60:40 split. So if you hang S$100.00, the singer only gets S$70.00 while the company keeps S$30.00 as "commission". There are also some joints like Dynasty Classic that takes a lower 20% cut for "flowers" exceeding S$1k.
