If my poor memory serves me well, I believe it was a CPT.

I know of another RSM who does this sort of things (a Singh), I was under him before.. damn damn ki siao type.. cannot name him, if name him he confirm know who I am.

Another is a Div RSM I know, who goes around shouting "Sir, wake up your farking idea ok?" to officers during field camp.
