more often than not, all it takes is for them to phrase it in the sweetest voice possible "pii/tirak/porh, kor dtang nid noi dai mai ja..?" or they may further substantiate the plea with more justification(s)... genuine or fake, entirely discretional. what's next is up to the giver. he's every right to reject, he's also entitled the right to give.

Why not you go to those Cat40s and inculcate your values to them. You said if they respect you, they will accept. So for those who don't accept means they don't respect you?
