However, some info was different from what you described above.
That night there was a total of 4-5 gals that were "sitting" in the room with your friends...I was absolutely sure that there were 2 gals that were sitting with them that did not "disappear" for 40mins that night during 'butterfly". In fact, both of them were in an dout every 10mins or so as there were not many customers that night and the gals did not have other rooms. So it may not be totally true about all the gals that night doing a disappearing act...
I do know that your friends were there as their maiden trip as they had to do some intense clarifications with the boss himself. But finally the bill was indeed settled. Clap clap!
I was just wondering...in all my years of cheonging, even if the gals had sat with me for only 15mins in total the whole night, I would still have given them some minimum tips in order to do the right thing as well as to show the displeasure one can have. Guess most of the gals in that room did not get their tips that night....

in anycase, this episode is over and I am most certainly glad that a bro like you do know what is happening...and it would be great if our fellow cheongsters can also be aware of the different practices in the various KTVs as well as the minimum that we have to do..
