a) u initiated/beckoned/suggested an outing instead
b) u've nothing better to do, than to entertain them
(not forgetting u've every right to decline outing with her/them, if u already had premonition of their motives)

2) if they wanted a carrot to shave/shred, y didnt they spare u the oversized meal, & ripped u off on a shopping spree instead?

i'm not telling or dictating... if it were so, then u gotta tell the authorities to strip those road safety "drink dont drive, drive dont drink..." adverts.

besides, i dont think i'm wrong to suggest alternatives for them to consider. if they're all out for a night of fun, then it'd make better sense that the whole bunch enjoys, instead of leaving out that 1 or 2 duty drivers, who're there to share the pool of $, but only left to witness the rest of the bunch drinking to their hearts content...
