actuli, then my option above for if u have no money but have time, one more better option for me would b simply to go AC, AC then is a much better option than MBC.

prob works out cheaper too for a 2 or 3 nighter and bars in AC easily beats the dregs of MBC.....




just hop onto the Fly the Bus Swagman, prob cost u PHP 600 or so one way and PHP 600 back to Manila....

There are no mamasans officially in LA cafe.

What is probably the case is that these so-called mamasans are either self-appointed leaders among a group of girls, like a elder sister or ate, and therefore they may want to try to earn a bit more from a customer through referrals or getting drinks.

No harm in them doing all this, except that if you go to LA cafe and assume that you need to go through mamasan to get a girl is wrong idea.

If you visit LA cafe, you see a girl, approach her and strike a deal.

No need for middleman.

Why would you want to buy properties in the Phils? It's a no brainer.
Unless you will be staying here longterm and need a roof over your head.... then buy one though most expats would rather rent than buy.

Well, if you are buying for investment, forget it .. and if you are buying a property that is under construction, it is a calculated risk .. as most projects get delayed when they run out of money and the developers, being smart to exploit the PH Legal system, will stop work on one project and go to another one with not a worry..

Well, as a matter of fact, a friend bought 2 units in Shang, Mandaluyong .. and the rental was not even nice .. compared to the purchase price ..

And for a few months a year, he got like 80,000 peso per month, and mostly, empty ..

And .. the agents there are never in a rush to market your property, after all, why bother ? And not to offend anybody, the lazy bodies include Filipinos with Chinese surname .. and one too many of my friend thought Chinoys will be more active in marketing property - possibly as they make more $ from kababayans and those especially in ME, why go an extra mile to make more $ ??

Be happy with what you get , is their policy .. don't bother to do too much or earn too much money and pinoy pride plays a lot of part in that .. .

went in 6c6c...no FLs spotted. Female Servers , door PR gals mostly tall type model

More casinos will be built around that area...heard around 4 casinos

back and had a exploring trip. walk around the area and though some distance, intercon distance still ok for me.
explored havana and later republic (intercon), some FL actually starting moving from havana to republic after 1am. republic doesnt seems to çontrol quality.
much more fl and guys at havana compared to republic.
saw a gal look like "joanne peh" at havana for 2 nights running, she ask if i m korean, replied no and she shows no interest. if had her would be great.
anyway got a pretty gal at republic for 4k. at least happy ending ......
