Was in KL for a Biz trip. My ex is now working in one of the HFJ there, so paid her a visit. This joint was formerly a theatre so you can imagine how BIG it is. Floor to celiling could be >20m. They were having a show where 17 new singers came together to do a show. First time in a Malaysian HFJ so dunno what to expect. Mostly PRC singers.... quite a number of ex 50s. Quality was surprisingly good.

Flower starts at RM50,100,200,500 for those feathery boas (like those used in Jade.) Crown at RM1K and 2K. RM3K got 龙袍 leow. Since it was a group show..... good turn out of customers. I gave my singer a RM3K 龙袍 and it turned out to be one of the smallest flower...ha ha. Lots of crazy malaysian towkay PK until RM100K. Guess what.... plenty of them fake flowers.

I left the joint with a very bad taste. Singers came on a 3mths contract. Made to live in some rat infested dorms. Money split 40%/60%. Company keep 60%, singer take 40% Unscrupulous running of business much to the delight of rotten customers. Many customers don't pay up but company will still go ahead to deduct the the 60%. Basically forcing the singers to sell themselve and bug the customers to pay up. Worst still, boss can also get some of their mysterious friends to show up and throw fake flower, company can then deduct singer's remainder pay giving excuse that Mr XXX did not pay up.

Blantant exploitation of the singers. Yes I do agree that singer and hfj run business their biz for the purpose of generating profits..... whereby lies, half truth and tatics are part of the game. But this KL HFJ is abit too much..... bad karma will follow.

The only winner are the Joint owners. Alot of Singers are forced to do show after show and to hit the monthly target. if they dont they will have to fork out with the difference themselves. I have seen in smaller flower joints where the singers get like $6 pay for the entire month, after deducting rental, agent fees, waiter fees, management fees and god know what other fees. its crazy.

on the other hand the popular singers dont mind because they earn alot...

a few singer friends have told me before, IF the girl really likes you, they will not want you to Hang flower for them. hehehhe...i know this is true.

Therefore the moment the singer ask you hang flower.. you know she is treating you like Robert. So time to siamz. Dont even waste 5% of your income. go hunt other place.

If singer is doin ok n can meet target, I'm sure she wont ask u to hang if she really likes u.
But, if no one else hangs for her or her loose flowers very weak, then the whole story changes liao.

I presume this place involves 'horses'? Near Marriott/Westin next to the huge KTV? Was there last year, agree not a bad joint in layout and sometimes in singers, though from my few visits never encountered big hangers, guess I never caught a show like here. Given what you have said about bosses treatment though, I wont' go again. Thanks for the insights

I suspect this is putting an excessively tough 'true love' standard to them. Singers know that if word gets out they have a bf, then most others won't hang or just loose change. So they can't meet their targets then. In that sense, it's only common sense to expect bf to support them until they hit target. Otherwise they have to spend all their time lying to others to make them think they have a chance, in which case I would question what type of person she is. If she thinks your money is tight, she will tell you to stop hanging when she hits target or close enough for her to cover difference.

Bro, most joints monthly target is between $8K to $12K. Lets take the mediant of $10K, which in 2 months in tally of $20K is an amount you can ask her to make her life more relevant by taking an English course plus a Diploma course. She will still be here as a student to care for you, to love you etc... why let the HFJ owners earn big big happy happy, while you and your GF singer are the carrots.

If as a BF you need to spend 10K monthly target for her, do the relevant part lor. Invest that money for your GF's future.

Then again, caveat caveat again and again. How many of such singers are really keen to make their life relevant. 95% of them are here to earn the quick bucks hence the many many stories you hear about PRC pussies.

I totally agree with Brother Roamer. Basically, ROI in HFJ is very low compared to KTV. If you spend 2-3k within 1 week in KTV on the same girl. Surely can get under her skirt. I tried this on 3 girls last 2 months from Vegas and Dynasty and it surely works. After I KC her, I do not pay for 2-3 times FOC sex and when she open her mouth for $$$$, I disappeared. (Tell her outstation or something but remember not to appear for at least 2 weeks at her joint).

Completely agree! I hate thinking that 30+% of my flowers go right to the HFJ boss! Some girls are strange though. Had one whom I asked to come back as a student, but she didn't want to work in KTVs at nite as she didn't like strangers hugging her (!), and didn't want to come back just living off my BY funds and figured too boring. Current singer I've also suggested this too, but she's worried about not getting the student visa to come back, which is a reasonable worry as several KTV girls I know were unable to renew their student passes or even get one
