They understand feelings better and those who posted their sufferings took the plunge to share their story. Objectively, they exhibit more guts and a sense of self-revelation, which in its purest form, is their own way of contribution. You can see that they do actively seek advice, in itself is already their way of becoming a better cheongster. If we aid them in that process, which I do think you surely could as well, aren't we helping them to help themselves? I believe that would be aligned to your objectives of showing them what is right and what is not so right. However, in retrospect, showing them what is WRONG without intending to concur with their pain, tends to make those insensitive comments very ineffective.
