Just sharing my comments on some BKK massage joints from my excursions when in town.
I prefer getting a good massage before deciding on having a FJ or HJ so my views draw from that perspective.
Call me weird but I like to click with the girl before FJ.

CCK massage is highly recommended so I went to recce.
Plus : 1. Pretty good selection of girls (even in the afternoon when I got there)
2. Reasonable price (880baht for 1.5hr oil massage with HJ thrown in) Tipped the girl 200Baht and she seem pretty happy.
Minus : 1. The place is damn rundown. Should really clean the place up.
2. The towels are really well worn. Got smell.
3. Dun get me started on the massage bed.
4. She did not shower for me (before and after the massage)

Angel Massage
Plus : 1. Good selection of girls (better after 5pm)
2. Good service and attitude (Tried more than 7, maybe lucky)
Minus : 1. FJ is pre-paid with the massage (1500+600baht) so even if you dun like the girl, think will NIKE (paid liao mah)
2. Small room and a little run down.

Fashion massage (near Asok BTS station)
Plus : 1. Nice place, like a spa. Clean towels and bed.
2. Reasonable price. 700Baht for 1.5hr (HJ extra)
3. Good skill for oil massage (Tried more than 5)
4. Extras can decide after massage (1500 for FJ and 700 for HJ)
Minus : 1. Selection of girls varies. Not many good lookers but the normal looking ones skill good.
2. Climbing 3 floors to your room is not enjoyable.
