Go to the Fort Bonifacio area. This part of Manila is the most happening spot now. The fact that the area is fast being developed helps as well. So yes, only this is an expat-friendly place.

The quality of the girls here are way better than those than can be found in the malate and cafe havana places that only cater to ang mos. The Fort is the place where the young (college to young corporate girls) go to to have fun. They are game to just jump in with almost anyone - from local to foreigners.. They just don't bother.

Try the places in Burgos Circle are of the Fort. It's along 29th Street. There are several happening places along this strip where you can have fun party with extras
