Had a chance to go Manila, went to waterfront manila pavilion hotel. Then checked on wechat and got 1 lady. Dmg is 2700php/2/2, somemore its after midnight. So I guess its a good deal for me? (I guess so). I like this lady alot, so planning to go there next month to relax and chill. Informed her that im coming to play and she agreed lol. So moral of the story is, try your luck in wechat?? Most drive are returning OFW want to make decent living, can't afford to pay the 300k franchise fee for taxi (who get the franchise money?) PS, with the pricing system I doubt Grab Uber make load of money. More like marginal, as they are focusing on committed drivers in Philippines
