You are able to pay for 1 hour, but the criteria of no pay when it is not tidyup to your satisfaction, is not acceptable to me, if it is needed the timing can be extended, my service is as a companion having a relationship with you.

Not solely as a cleaner providing professional cleaning service, for your booking I would have to reject as it is a penalty when you are not satisfied which I would not like to establish a relationship with someone who gives penalty, thankyou for the offer, but I have to pass.

It seems like you are looking for a cleaner than a companion for relationship where cleaning is the objective, other than that nothing else already. I think you need to look somewhere else.

Basiccally the tidying part is for someone who is staying together and that i have quite a high standard of placing things orderly and the idea is that of minimalistic style, as for the person whom i,ll be tidying would be someone who have dated me out several times before inviting me to her place as a second stage of a relationship.

What i am thinking is that she and i are more committed towards each other and that cohabitation is there where the couple is comfortable living together, i am not looking as a cleaning service company doing cleaning jobs, which is not the intent of this search. It would be a place which she and i are committed to stay together and that i can tidy up the place for the one whom is in an advance relationship with me.

Well if youre thinking of just cleaning without the relationship part, i think it doesnt go along my idea of a long term relationship partner or companion, a companion doesnt just provide cleaning alone but someone whom you can talk to and have a meaningful communication, as well as the other social aspect like buying groceries, etc, cooking together, making latte and all the things which lovers do..

Hmm.. just trying to point out some grammar mistake here.

The subject is a compound, hence you need to use a plural verb.

If the word used is "or" instead of "and" then it indicates that there is only one person, therefore you can use the word "is", understand?
