Let me say a FAIR WORDz as seriosuly Ah Gong is a good bro and I don't know dominion personally. But I tend to agree w bro dominion. AV usually are interested in catching a certain quota of gals (catch XXX no. of gals within 2 mths!!) so they are more interested in volume. Does catching one or two specific individuals matter to them ?? (unless they are in the HIGH RISK grp.. someone post she RAWs every customer etc) Put it this way, AV's role is to limit VICE so it is not too open. It's not to clam down on vice... if it really wants to.. u think our government can't wipe out vice altogether meh ? (look at previous Joo Chiat clean up of PRC TN joints)
