Haha, you went to which one, was it good luck or Tuberose.

If its goodluck lets see.
a. The rooms most of them have a very bad smell, as though something is rotting.
b. You can catch glimpse of mice running around.
c. Same for croakcroaches in the room.
d. Most likely due to food and rubbish not cleared until the day after.
e. Most of the waiters are young kids who spend their time at night playing lan games or card games till dawn, so not exactly in good energies.

Anyway, its a good experience to take a look there, just not, it is run more like a private club for the owner and friends of the owners.

In terms of seediness factor and hygience.

I rate it on the same level as BS in Geylang.

Girls there tend to be more liberal, and do tend to "open" so to speak.

Thank god i am not going there any more, it was pure torture.

lol. what a descrpn of this lok-kok place! probly spilt wine n food on the carpet which coupled with poor housekeeping make this place so unhygienic!

Monte Carlo 帝豪 at Peace Center Level 4 was taken over by management of 皇朝, so now the boss set very high standards. Even rehearsal can fail if don't sing well, and under-performers at 个人秀 can will send home immediate of don't have 8K for the show.

8K is not very big amount for this kind of HFJ lah. Higher singing standard also good. Must go there have a look

I think you may be wrong.
Windsor level 3 only got 2, if i'm not wrong.
One is Club28 & directly opposite is Qian Gui.
