Sounds familiar. Got a singer told me something similar sometime last month. After a few meals together, my wallet started to get lighter and lighter (all sorts of reasons and excuses to extract money from me). Ended up 10k poorer within a month.

Guess that is the price to pay for newbie.

Their motive is to get you (depends on if you are "zitong" or not) to give them the cash which you intend to spend on flower banner for them.

Jio-ing you out for dinner is another trick because after dinner they may drop by at some shops likely boutique, cosmetic or handbag shops........you know the results and answer. Their demand will not be high, mid range products aroung 100 plus or so but can be very frequent "dinner"

At the moment, I going to that high end joint to aim on one singer but no action from me yet ..just observe first.
