I knew some PRC girls who got conned by their agents here. These girls are not looking a singing whore job but a decent work so these went home after staying a week plus in Singapore and their net cash losses can amounting to $8000

Poor girls but they are the good ones.

Of course they are some singers who went back after a month here think that this trade cannot make money after their company sucked 50/50 first followed by other fees and not forgetting about rental.

Frankly speaking run table girls who on social visit pass 1 month extend 1 month type earn much more than small joint singers

Every PRC girl come to Singapore want to make money.

They are not so naive that they become stupid in thinking that all bros go to flower joint to listen to their singing, appreciate their singing and pay and hang token flowers.
At the end of the month they can gross 10 maybe 20 maybe 30 k a month just by singing.........I think a popular and very good lounge singer in any of the big hotels don't make 30k a month (I dont know, just a guesstimate) Besides, these so called PRC singers can't sing and some can't even croak (a frog croaks better on a rainy night)

It is obvious that the first thing for them to do is to catch a "lau kong" asap. This is the covered ace. They will then go and hit scattered flowers as many as possible. The covered ace will come in as and when needed. If the covered ace who is their lau kong here in Singapore treats them well and give enough likely she could be the lau kong's "private toilet" otherwise...... reject 50K she might as well stay in China and work in a shop getting 1500RMB a month.

I remember once a singer told me and later I found out she has been telling almost every customer that when she was new, a guy offered from 5k and raise to 10k to keep him company for 1 night. She said she turn him down and later the customer said he will offer 5k just to keep him company and just talk in the hotel room and will not touch her at all. She said she also reject. I asked her, when this custom gave you this offer were you alone with him? She said no with other singers and the customer's friends around. I laugh and she did not know what I was laughing at and further said...if you dont believe me you can ask so and so, she was there also. Reason why I laugh was if just you and him I am sure 80% you would have accepted but in front of others you need to paint a good picture and tell the world "hey who do you think I am" besides she was not a first timer in Singapore.....neither was I a newbie to these sort of entertainment would I believe her to turn down 5k for a night bonk or just chit chat so she say.

There do have such customers, mainly listening and feeling. But singers will call them stupid. In fact, after some time, some singers like to have sex with some 'good/young/regular' customers, so they do not feel lonely here. Crazy ones will even visit duck joints to have fun.

Maybe it is good times to stop patronizing these HFJ and also stop hanging loose flowers. Let these singers has a feel of no income for at least one month and only their sugar daddies and boyfriends to feed them

Singer Experience composition of typical Hang Flower Joints.

Most bossed keep a steady ratio between established singers (here on their xxx timeth) and freshies here on their first trip.

This is to ensure that the club have a steady flow of customers so that the customer flow does not need to depend on the management.

However there are a couple of clubs that i know of where, they take a completely different approach.
99.9% of all singers are selected as first timers only.
The rationale.
Give the customers what they want, first timers fresh to singapore.
Not turned into hard core singers yet.

Of course combine this with tables to be booked and a lower monthly quota.
To encourage the right behavior of the singers., that is to ensure that they capture customers.

Bad points.
The girls are so sotong blur, that if you try to offer them money for a night out, during the first month, they will reject out of hand.
Plus, they do not know how to craft deals.
