in HFJ each singer need to get their customers to patronise the joint. In oredr to do so ehe singer is given a quota, eg every week they have to book certain amount of tables (定台) for customers (noumber various from joints to joints). There is a min expensives to be hit (最低消费). It will not be counted as one if the expenses is lower than the amount set by the joint. Eg, Joint A requires each singers to book 2 tables with min expenses of $300 per table. If they are not able to book table then either this $300 will be deducted from their income or they have to hang $300 flower for themselves to make up. In additional to the week quota, some joints also require the singers to 定台 on special occasions such as PH eves, special show performance.

定台 doesn't mean open bottle. The min expenses could be still be met with beers and flower money.

small time lah. compared to the other bros who hang so much. hahahaha.
the other day at Jing Sa... saw this bunch of bros not happy because some other people out hang them. i was siting on the other table beside them. heard them complain and all.. in my heart i was thinking. the singer have to earn a living mah. if they stick with you for such a long time and dont entertain other customer where they earn their money. haiz. so compared to the others i small time only.

I still like my title of Mummy Supporter hehehehhe.. this mummy at lavander food court not bad. treat me free beer sometimes. i think i am the only customer there that hangs flower for her. so sad.

in jin sha the booking is to spend 200 to be considered as one. bott cost 198 and i play a game of pool $2 to make the 200 lor. some joint even u open luis xiii also no count must be onli 200 flower. wat i noe example is NG. so i decided to stay away cos v siong if u wanna support a singer. n some joint no min as long customer min buy 1 jug beer n hang a flower (min 20) also consider as booking.
all in all diff joint diff pattern. HFJ is really pattern liao liao.
