I think better not to think about it too much. Male virginity not worth much anyway so lose to gf or lose to FL is only as big of an issue as you make it out to be.

Anyway if you really wanna rationalize both got pros and cons. Maybe you do it with your gf and both of you don't know what you're doing and you have a terrible experience for your first time, or you have the emotional connection and have mind blowing sex.
