I cannot comment on the casino part because I dont go casino. But there are sooooooooo many there. I am sure you will eventually find one that suite your style.

There are absolutely 0 attractions in Sihanouk. At night dun want to gamble go KTV la. Dont go those expensive ones. Go to the cheaper ones like Shang Hai or 金典之夜. U dont like local girls these KTVs have si beh juay Vietnam chai.

There have a lot of 会所/水疗 run by the Chinese. Prices should be about USD 120 and above.

If you dont want to play casino, you can go to beach. If you want, den book Sokha hotel. The beach there quite nice.

Queenco have small beach but nobody use there wan la. Just sit there at the restaurant and eat. Its a bit far though. All the way at the other end of town.

If you stay along the main road Ekareach Street, should be quite safe. Dont anyhow go to those small roads can leow.

Simple things like dont bring too much money, dont wear your Rolex, wear GShock better... these are SOPs you know la. Be respectful to their culture/religion can leow. Dont talk bad about the governement lor. If drunk at KTV dont go find trouble...I think the locals wont give you problem. Its the Chinese. But a lot of them have left already.

If i can give you a piece of advise, you better buy those face mask and use there. I assume you will be taking tuk tuk or PassApp. The roads there are full of dust....and the road conditions are damn bad.
