balai is a niao bu sheng dan place...so really go there nothing much to do...usually go there just rest relax and enjoy...usually meet up with those old men who were regulars there...same story can repeat 10 times kind over just kopi or beer...
so if anyone can say balai is all colorful with lion dance etc...pls read with a pinch of salt...no such things...balai is never really crowded including weekends...
is not how you start but how you end is most important...those old men been going for 20 years....
