many many thanks for the responses here! I was quite surprised with the concerns and advices poured back here.. thanks a lot.

I have came to a few conclusions and I think moving forward, life is good and exciting.

eating out will help to reduce stress. it is transactional and there is no KC involved. No KC, no affair, no problem.

feel better now in the sense that I am not an ultimate sinner if i eat out, lol.

just a question, would you kiss your kids after the deeds outside? I still feel a little bad now.
