Over there quite ex as compare to the one at batu aji. The tempat mkn at batu aji is located by the side of a main road to tg ucang, dun know the exact location. A fren of mine drove me there once for lunch. The place looked kind of dirty to me with at least 10 dogs running around the vicinty. Guess must be own by the batak family who runs the place. My first reaction was are those dogs pets or part of the menu but my guess was probably not as all have collars on them and they would not be roaming but in the cages. They serve bbq pork which is the main item and pig blood cooked in green chillies. The pig blood is not the usual jelly type we eat in Bak kut teh but is in creamy form and serve over rice. To me is pretty disgusting, did not order that. The total bill for 2 person was around 80k.
Bro, where is the exact location? Orchid park, is it the one at baloi mas, behind indo mobile? Or other place? I going on the 1st april, want to try the BBQ pork.
Yes, that one, but it is at the other entrance.... You know the other side of Imperium? If you travel from Batam Centre, pass by BNI bank, head towards Awal Bros. Before you hit awal bros, there is a turn in to Complex Orchid park, take that road( Oil tar road), and you see an entrance into Orchid park, dun turn right into Orchid Complex, continue the wide dirt road( you look infront is Imperium, and you see a house, on the right side, quite a big house. Thats the one, it is not more than 30 metres from the entrance o the complex Orcid..

This place is quite dirty in terms of food cleaness... If you are not a local, and cannot tahan "dirty" food, better not go... Yes, this place, I ever seen the pig reared behind the stall.... Wild pig...
Another place is up the hills, behind the old STUDIO 21, up the hill, where you see TELKOM sign... Not sure if anyone knows where I am referring to... It is open for lunch only.
By the way, Batak eat dogs ok.... But I doubt they will cook it for you just like that. Ever given a pack of horse meat from friend in Batu Merah... did not cook and eat it too, but recieve it as a good gesture, gave to my workers.

Triniti Hotel is a joke the room SUCKS big time it doesn't feel or look like a hotel room at all seems like a backpackers inn type...yes its clean and everything but the room is really to me SUCKS so bare like got nothing DO NOT TRUST the pictures given...hotel is cheap for a reason bros i spent i day there(not even 1 day 1 night) and hate it...spent bit more go for better quality hotels...i stayed Mercure and I hotel before those rooms really feel and look like hotel rooms not Triniti Hotel really waste of money if stay there...
