Sorry if my previous post is out of topic, kindly ignore it.
Anyway, since there is already plenty of information on the girl scene. I will share something different.

Was with my girl the other day, and I don't like to go to those tourist places to eat. Ask the girl if there is any places that is not cater and full with tourist, she recommended Adi 8, located just beside Xiang Xiang. The price is quite reasonable compared to those tourist trap shop. The highlights is the ayam bawang(garlic chicken), super nice. Shop can be find with grab car.

Yes, the basics on looking for girls are all there (in the thread itself). Not difficult to find, from booking joint to Wechat to MPs/SPAs etc,hehehe... nowaday, almost everywhere also can book girls, from salon to spa to hotel recept, hehehe...

For me, only few difficult questions were on KTVs & Discotheque (yes, bro Blackpage, i hear you). I did walk by Newton & it does appears to be closed (i should have taken a photo to show you, but i forget), but then again i was there during day time so i aren't really sure either.

Everyone taste buds different. I go for the local Singapore delights, hehehe...

My favorite is at some touristy place called Penuin wet market, but when i was there, seems like it is closed for business. Therefore i go to their Grand Batam Mall branch instead on the basement.

Simple food for simple me.

Just look at the price, hehehe....making it easier for local Singaporean to understand, hehehe...

On the side note, you can try the fish soup at the Penuin area near Eatern Food court (opp BCS Mall) which was 1st recommended by bro OnlyLiveOnce. Usually close shop at around 12pm on weekends tho (& often cannot find place to sit).

I hear from my sea food lover friends that it is good (sorry bro, i don't take sea food tho). And those kind of food would anytime cos over hundred Singapore dollar in Singapore if a group of 4-5 were to eat there. But in Batam, it's not expensive.

Newton and Pacific have been my places for many years. Pacific disappeared, now also Newton?? There MUST be a disco in Batam...

P1 , P2 & P3 are still open but definitely less crowd compare to pre-covid... There are lesser ceweks as well. I do remember that on weekends the canteen at p2 is crowded but now hardly can see anyone sitting there. P2 open 24 hours.

P3 hall/pub just renovated & back in operation on 4th August but have not been there yet.

from what l know. for seafood can try loveseafoodnagoya cheaper that any seafood stall in foodcourt because they jackup the price so high. after 2 year dong have tourist some place want to take their opportunity.

and for the ktv and disco right now planet , pacific , bombastis , m1 , galaxy , dragon l think all open right now.

if you like edm 26/08/2022 blasterjaxx will come to batam at holywing.

right now all place in batam or indonesia being very closely watched by the police becaouse some internal problem in the police so the chief of police command to take down narcot1c operartion and online gambling.

Anyone stayed in Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi before? Is it girl friendly? I’m looking to book one room for 7 days. First 3 days with my China gf, next 4 days with my Indon gf. Thanks.

Agree. As for me I prefer their local Indonesian food, and I prefer to go to places that are not well known to the tourist. So far yet to find any good nasi padang that I like.

Oh and for bakkutteh, the one at A2 foodcourt quite nice also. Still need more visit to find more good food haha.

Nono is the second person that says he passed by Newton at daytime but it looked closed.
I tried to call Newton hotel at the number on Google, but nobody answers.
On Google, there are recent reviews of people about Newton hotel. Last one 4 days ago!
If there are less cewek in disco, I wonder where they go for partying at night... Maybe stay home.
I guess my first week in Batam after COVID might be hard. Not the same environment I was used to for many years.

l think no problem using asialink the newest hotel chain in batam. beside fave

for nasi padang l recomended try selero basamo near grand batam in front of swiss bell inn batam. for bak kut teh try indorasa . near bcs have simpang empat.

if you stay near batam center can go to pasir putih food court at morning can try the simpang 4 with suang hong (the one at astro)

Hotel wall think & the deluxe room price do not justify the condition.I woke up to the sink piping broken due to water pressure & flooded my toilet.Do take note if u are booking Asialink easy by prashanti or Asialink hotel by prashanti.

The Asialink is a chain? Is there one near Batam Centre and is it too? I don’t mind paying more to get a nice sunrise view from the room. Marriott is like $240 a night! Too ex.
