Rates for sitting are 600k, 800k and 1M. Booking out depends on your negotiation skills. Often the opening price is 3M. I have seen some asking for 5M and some going out for 2M. I got one once for free. It helps if you can speak their language.

That seems to mean that BO there is not managed by the pub, but by the girls personally, who freely decide to accompany someone or not, depending also on what is offered. In other places, the BO fee is determined by the manager as in plain booking joints (I have seen that at Newton, to name one).
