Habourbay terminal area got a few hotel, M one, Amir (left hand side of harbourbay mall) and a new hotel (hotel 98? Right side of mall) and swiss belhotel (not yet open.) All walking distance from the ferry terminal.
GGI, walk through till the end of the mall, walk straight and cross the main road and you can reach.
Sometimes, Booking through agoda can get better pricing than walk in. But for some 2 stars and below hotel, sometimes cheaper to walk in... Weird...

1 hr massage at the hills cost a little over 100k (85k plus service charges) so hj cost less than 200k, which is quite a norm for hotel's massage.( in my own humble experiences with some hotels) quote sgd 100 for fj (encounter a few times b4, how much u can bring the prices down depend on your nego skils). But u can get to have massage in your own room and more privacy. For lazy cheongster ( or if the weather is so bad that you dun feel like stepping out) ,it's the prices that you have to pay.
