That is actually quite pricey but maybe that could be the restaurant's preparation costs & profits margins Normally live lobsters (those local kinds not the exported kinds like Boston lobsters) would be at about half that price only

I never could appreciate raw stuffs except fresh live SSSSSSYTs abalones

Not scared but not used to eating raw meat especially those VBs not too used to city life yet

You are right that their seafood is safer to eat cooked but at Nha Trang is quite safe as it is local freshly caught quite unlike HCM where they are already few days old

I like nha trang because of its vibrancy...the tourists added life and color to the city...I dun bother with tourist places...i go local places...

absolutely correct...more expensive than Can Tho...we plan to eat more lobsters in Can Tho...as for the price include various cooking and ingredients...we ate 3 diff style cooking...

ate 1/3 shashimi
ate 1/3 grilled
ate 1/3 head boiled porridge

yes, we also eat fresh oysters raw...no fresh abalone...

some of my ex..who lived in hcm long time..still don't dare eat raw food.
now in Singapore, they also not prefer....so maybe its who u eat.

on and off i still eat at sashimi in hcm...but only at really good places
those who don't then they choose other things on the menu lo...
