But becareful don't be too aggressive, alot of grab / uber drive kana charge for sexual harassment just for smsing the girls.....

i took alot of grab car ride, some driver say can earn, some say very difficult can die....

End of the day, it depends on the person hard working or not....

I have a Friend who uses the hitch option in grab to give ride on his way to work. Heard from him he usually earns around 60-100$ a day with hitch since it doesn't have commission to grab and all money yours..can try that and see

Quite different.... Hitch is normally for those who are kinda of well off to afford their own cars

Being a grab driver.... Most of them is rent a car from a rental companies.... So they have to factor in Car rentel, patrol and insurance as well

All these hitch n grab n uber benefit those existing car owners who can drive during their free time.

Or even better still, drive during office hours cos they do sales or have to move about AND after office hours. Even better is company give driving subsidies.

If u want to drive FULL TIME, then its very similar to drive taxis n u got to squeezzze margins n drive long hours n be very smart where you go n maximize yr time to make good living

Feedback is 1 thing, your own determination is another.... being Grab and Uber is just another job and there is no 100% sure win

Driving Uber or Grab, if you do not have your own car, then your take home will likely be around 2-3k, provided you drive at least 10 hours a day, min 6 days a week.

Average takings per hour is about 20 (nett of grab/uber commission), so each day, before deduction, revenue will be close to 200 for a 10 hour shift.

Minus rental, 70, minus petrol 30. you get about 100 a day.

Multiply that by 24 days, you get about 2.4k.

Minus 80 carpark and 200 servicing and 120 insurance, that leaves you with 2k.

I am talking about average takings here. There are also weekly incentives which may bump up your income by 10-15%.

Takeaway, if you can't find a job, can do this to make ends meet, for the time being. Long term, may not be viable.

Agree with this, 5-10 years down the road, Grab / Taxi will be phased out as some companies are exploring driverless taxi
