It's the biggest underground mall in South East Asia. Boasting 3,000 shops. It suits the Singaporeans I guess. Although many locals I spoke to, haven't been there or can't be bothered about that place!

only barber shop in hanoi that is like those in hcm is in a little alley Vong Duc.
