I doubt it. To have milk, they must have just given birth. In the first place, I don't think the legal WLs are even allowed to have reln or start family in Sg, so if they are preg, they either abort or have to leave Sg.

2ndly, if she is HIV positive, the milk will be infectious. Ie, you can get infected with HIV if you drink HIV positive milk. So, while it might be fun to see her squeeze some milk, please don't try to drink it or suck her boobs too much.
