The OKT from L1651 introduced Cai Ling (from 1637) to me recently. The first session I had with her was great but her level of service in my subsequent sessions with her seemed to have dropped. My advice is: Think carefully about the consequences.

If a PRC WL come to singapore as a yellow card worker, her contract is for two years.

She cannot marry any Singaporean for the rest of her life. No exceptions will be made by the Singapore courts.
If she leaves Singapore before the two years is up, she cannot come to Singapore again during this two years' period, not even as tourist.

This is the condition that she accepted when she apply to come here.

The reason for this rule is quite obvious.
The Singapore authorities do no want Singaporean men to marry them without thinking seriously and then regret later.
This will cause alot of social problems for the Singapore govt.
Govt also do not want Singaporean men to be conned by these WLs.

You can try to marry her outside Singapore but your marriage will not be recognised by the S'pore courts.
