I already gave the main two places that I went to.

Do you speak conversational level Japanese? If so just call the numbers or go to their storefronts. Choose your girl ( if working and available to foreigners - not all are gaijin friendly) then you go to a nearby hotel and she comes to your room.

I belive "S" stands for Sadism and "M" for Masochism.
