I took the new standard room at 550k. Junior suite at 650k but sold out. Some may not like the set up of this hotel as compare to Aston or maxi. Further more no shops around only F1 foodcourt within walking distance.
I love the beach view. So will stay again.

Took sindo ferry 1140 hrs....many people.
Reach balai but ferry unable to berth due to Bo parking. Haha.
Waited for about 20 mins only able to berth.
As usual exit and went to Hotel for check in.
Check in Hotel21 to try out.
Took the new junior suite with Seaview for 550k.
Suite for 650k was sold out.
Pls bear with the staff, response a bit slow may be too new but definitely very polite.
Went to usual shop for buy beer n change money.
24 cans beer at 300k.
Exchange rate was 9820.
Girl arrived shortly. Chosen by Kofa.
Syt not give birth before.
Friendly and easy going.
Felt relaxed and we finish 36 cans of beer. Omg.
At night went to Hotel Wiko pub for fresh beer at 80k a jug.
Nice place to have a drink with friends.
End of 1st day activities.
