I going visit hong kong next month.Planning to visit Fuji Tower.

Will i get scolded if knock the girl door . Then , not taking the service due to

The norm is ask how much then if you see the face no good, walk away. They will auto close door. Some will persuade you go in

Safe to assume they don't but very basic Chinese should be enough.

Just go to the address and knock on the door. If the girl is busy, there will be a sign on her door indicating it then you either wait outside or come back later.
