How the reits works is similar to purchasing the shares of the company to derive rental i come which the properties leases to tenants and 90% of the rental is paid to unit holder (like sharesholder) to obtain tax concessions

there is another way to get 1.2 million... marry any woman whom u can get.. buy a insurance policy and put ur name as beneficiary... make her die.. u get he money... this is more logic..
