I've been promoting Channel 116 in this thread many times. Strangely, no one else here has commented on this channel. Using tonight as an example, the channel is showing programs from LFC TV from 7.30 pm to 1 am! 6 and 1/2 hours of nothing but Liverpool! From chat shows, Rafa's pre-match conference, phone-in, past matches, history lessons etc... Somemore hosted by a rather pretty girl, Claire Rourke.

If you are subscribing to our e-season pass from our official website to get access to such content, you should know that your basic Starhub sports subscription can allow you to watch a lot of stuff already.

I have not watched 116 before, cos previously was still on analog, just upgraded.

Btw the Pompey match turned out to be last season's

Got online for the last few minutes of the game to see us shepherd the game out.

Still top of the table and hopefully Torres will be back for us next game.

another not so good performance after a great match last weekend.

it took us an penalty to beat Portsmouth.
the good news is we remain top till this weekend against a much improve Tottenham Hotspurs under Redknapp.

Just some trivia for you guys. Barbara Streisand recorded a version of You'll Never Walk Alone, our anthem. It's a more dramatic style of presenting the song. So if we ever had an Anfield musical on stage, who knows... maywe this version is suitable. Go check it out. We used this song to lift our team. The Americans used this song to lift up their nation following their Sept 11 terror attack.



When Liverpool last visited us in Singapore in 2001, the die-hard fans distributed song sheets so that all of us can sing in unision at the National Stadium. Unfortunately, quite a fair number of local fans don't remember the lyrics of the song. So here goes a Karaoke friendly version. Effective way to learn the song if you wish to. Imagine how many years you can sing the lyrics in future... Isn't it worth the trouble learning the lyrics if you can sing this song for the next 10,20 or 30 years?

a very disappointed result: Tottenham Hotspurs 2-1 Liverpool

we again dominate the match but cannot find the killer touch to kill the match.
credit to Spurs.
hope we will learn the lesson and bounce back,it maybe a blessing in disguise.
the players should know that luck will not always be there,sooner or later,it will be use-up.

I think the commentators on FC might be right to say Rafa's subs changed the game - Babel on for Keane. Then we see that Babel gets outmuscled by King/Woodgate. The less said about Yossi's contribution, the better. Of course from hindsight, Kuyt should have gone centre and Babel to the left/right.

Such a sucker punch from Spurs. Damn the Houdini factor! We only have ourselves to blame for not taking out chances - must have had 7 good chances beginning of 2nd half.
