No bro, strictly no tipping is my policy. Imo creates expectations for future visits and unnecessary baggage. It's just me. I show my support via frequent RTM if the ML fits my liking, and they can tell too coz they will see me 1 to 2 times per week, so long as timing fits their schedule.
