aiyoh... read my previous posts before you post lah... dat area nothing lah... not like the good old PSC before next door... all the pubs there are mainly for chill outs... mostly regulars and i am one of those regulars... no action in the pub lah... the joints are too bright for any action anyway... juz drink chill out and sing karaoke...

my normal routine.. go to one of the pubs early to play some pool... happy hour there 5pm to 8pm... beer $4.20 per mug and $14 a jug... cheapest so far i seen around... pool players are also mostly regulars...

later in the nite near closing time i will head down to another pub... drink sing song... fetch my pinay back for some action...

Went down to OP smokey joint but seems like it closed down. 3rd and 4th floors like ghost town. Just an update for you guys if you heading down.

Cebu is Not a muslim area ..

anyway, taxes / price vary - check the dates, at Cebu Pac site ..

And generally, it is not a good idea to visit bar girls in their home .. as they may expect (naturally - as foreigner is rich .. ) to treat her, her family, her neighbour, her barangay captain' family, the cousin's caraboa, the distant cousin's jeepney that needs 'minor' repairs .. etc. etc.

Bro, OP level 1 also closed. But I went down quite late that nite around 2-3am. Maybe nowadays they close early. But I remember they use to open till 4-5am. I might try to go earlier next time and update you again

jeremy: the law says they must 'tools down' by 12, though the bars have been playing pussy with the law by claiming that the cannot kick out customers .. and .. well .. gone are the days the cops were there to enforce a lock down .. right ?

2 - 3 am is beyond 'shut down' time .. 11 pm or around there is good ..
