GL most likely could resume operation in phase 3 which I think will be July-Aug timeframe. But by that time, there will be no more WL. The process of getting new WL to work here may take time in view of border & travel restriction plus getting visa approval. By that time when GL brothels are fully operational with WLs ready to serve punters, it’ll be Oct/Nov timeframe. This is my estimation.
