I do not know how AV operate but based on past events there are many possible reasons bro.
Either the OKT breach AV rules or their WLs not very "obedient" lor.

OKTs & WLs are supposed to be operating under closely "monitored" and very strictly "controlled" conditions.

OKTs cannot promote or advertise their biz or WLs thru proxies and/or OKT assistants thru anonymous websites and/or other public medias/forums.

Either one of the two registered OKTs must be present in the brothel if AV do a spot check.

No one other than the registered OKT(s) or driver(s) of a particular brothel is allowed to ferry the WLs. Not even the customers.

OKTs who allow their customers to ferry the WLs or WLs who willingly sit inside customer's vehicles are running a very big risk of getting deported and the brothel close for "renov".

WLs must and can only meet customers within and not anywhere outside their designated working brothels.

WLs are not allowed to visit pubs, ktvs, niteclubs, etc, solicit for biz, advertised their services, meet customers outside the brothels, etc.

And the list goes on ..........

Actually many of us know that all these rules are frequently flouted by many OKTs and the WLs.

However, we know that AV enact these rules so that they can use them against the OKTs and/or WLs anytime when they want to take action or respond to some complains or the OKTs/WLs are too "disobedient" lor.

Bros here should be aware that AV also surf SBF and they will be privy to all these info that we discuss here in this forum.

While we try to promote our favourite WL, we should not over do it else you are doing more harm to her than helping her.

The "GL arena and its vice activities" are neither recognised by the Sillypor Government nor the Ministry of Home Affairs legally becos pimping is illegal in Sillypor although prostitution is not.

Anyone found guilty of promoting, advertising or soliciting for biz for prostitutes is liable to be charged although it is difficult to prove.

However, these GL vice activities are tightly "controlled and monitored" by AV and AV has the assurance from the OKTs that they will operate their activities within "closed doors" and do not cause any disturbance and/or inconvenience to the general public.

Anyone flouting the rules will be penalise and repeat offenders will close shop.
Incidentally, there are a few precedent cases of repeat offenders closing shop.

I am only offering my views and summary of previous events.
I am not directing at any shop or WLs or trying to flame anyone.

Perhaps, the new AV chief is trying to show the OKTs that he is very strict lor.
