Started experimenting this year. Looking for more advice and tips. Late 20s, always been slim/lean type. Started exercising quite regularly this year and gradually increasing workout intensity. I'm not blessed with huge loads naturally, I believe my standard amount is quite average. Also I believe the nutrients intake which is from your diet plays a big part.
Always thought cum dribbling out, even if its white and thick, just looks and feels sad. Seen porn vids with these actually when they do COF, COB, etc it just looks sad to me. I wanted big amounts of loads which shoots out like ropes. Its just way more satisfying. As well as looking for ways to reduce refractory period. Sure you CAN cum regularly daily, twice a day or whatever, but its just not satisfying and the cum amount is for sure lower than abstinence for a few days. After researching online, these are the supplements I take: Daily: (Lecithin, Zinc, Maca, Pygeum, Vit D) I do take a day break from supplements once in a while. You can get additional multi-vitamins if u want. Occasionally: (L-Citrulline) Sound like a lot but honestly they can last you many months. They are all really cheap too. Not all of these are directly for cum amount. Lecithin and Zinc can be found in our foods, Lecithin is quite safe to take. Zinc need to avoid zinc toxicity, can go look it up. For diet, not really a big change. But generally more protein intake which is more for workout. Add some legumes (nuts). Don't smoke/quit smoking, drink a lot less alcohol. Eat more fruits. The day you are going to release, drink PLENTY of water. Also abstain for 2-3 days. I can abstain longer if I wanted to. But I'm quite satisfied with the results at 3 days but it can get even more and better orgasm at 4-6 days for me. Can be hard to hold back sometimes you are just too horny. If we are specifically talking about the cum amount, Lecithin, water and abstinence are the biggest factors. Then followed by your arousal level and zinc. This is my personal experience, it can depend on your on body and what you are more deficient in. In all honesty, if you are very healthy person and blessed with good genetics for big loads, don't even need to be conscious of all these. I'm still trying to attain and go for bigger loads with lesser amount of days of abstinence. Any experts feel free to advice ty. |
